What works today, and what doesn't yet.

Works today

• Connect Xero and sync your contacts, open invoices and unused credit when you press Sync now.
• Import customers and invoices from a CSV export of any accounting tool (up to 5 MB and 5,000 rows a file), checked row by row before anything is saved.
• Reminder schedules, with groups of customers on their own schedules, a hold for one customer, and a heads-up before the due date that never calls the invoice overdue.
• An approval queue, on by default: each reminder waits for you. A reminder you send by hand has 30 seconds to Undo.
• One reminder per customer, not one per invoice, with a gap you choose (7 days by default) and a minimum balance below which nothing is chased.
• A plain answer to "why hasn't a reminder gone out?" on every invoice.
• A client books view for practices: outstanding, overdue, oldest overdue and what needs you, per book.
• An aged receivables report, customer statements sent by hand with an Undo, and a full export as CSV files.
• Call steps that put a task on your list, which you can give to a teammate.
• Late fees you review and confirm. They stay in Mugavi and are not written back to your books.

In beta, or built but not yet proven

These work in our tests. We have not yet seen them work for a real customer.

Not built, or not switched on yet

• Card payments on the payment page. Today it shows how to pay you by bank transfer.
• Text message reminders. A text step is skipped, with the reason recorded, until texts are set up.
• A sync that runs on its own. You press Sync now.
• Paying for Mugavi by card. Billing is a manual invoice for now.
• Early-payment discounts, payment plans, posted letters, tags, an API or webhooks, and a read-only team role.
