That is what the Practice plan is: up to 10 client organizations under one account with consolidated AR reporting, then $25 per additional book. Practice Scale is a flat $999/mo for up to 100 books.
Wire transfer today, for every customer. Card and US bank (ACH) payments on the payment page are built but switched off while we finish routing payments to your own Stripe account instead of ours. No timeline promises until that is done.

Billing is a manual invoice for everyone today. After the 14-day trial David emails you an invoice in US dollars, and nothing is charged automatically. Card and US bank (ACH) checkout is built but not switched on yet, and there is no date for it. The first 10 founding customers take 40% off for 12 months, applied by hand on the invoice.
Email reminders and AI drafts are included in every plan. Text messages cost money to send, so if you turn them on we pass on the message cost from our provider at cost, with no markup, and show the count on your invoice. Texts only go to customers who have opted in, and nothing sends until you approve it unless you have chosen automatic sending.
No published limit. Plans are priced per client book, not per invoice. We expect ordinary use for a business's own receivables; if your use is ever far beyond that, we will talk to you first and agree what to do before we limit or charge anything.
